Use this form if the landlord has filed an “Affidavit Re: Noncompliance with Stipulation.” By filing the affidavit of noncompliance, your landlord told the court that you broke the agreement and has asked for the paperwork to evict you right away. Use this form to object and respond to the landlord’s claim that you did not follow the agreement.
