Have you registered yet with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)?

If you don’t register with FEMA by June 18, 2018, you cannot apply for Hurricane Maria assistance from FEMA.

To register, call the FEMA Help Line at (800) 621-3362 or register online at www.disasterassistance.gov.

If FEMA refers you to the Small Business Administration, file that application immediately to preserve your eligibility for assistance.

Help from agencies in Connecticut may also be available. Call 2-1-1 and press #5 for hurricane evacuee assistance.

If you have questions, Legal Aid may be able to help. In Hartford County, call Greater Hartford Legal Aid and ask for Yetzael Clement at (860) 541-5051.
