Only a few state courthouses are operating and their business hours are limited. You may only enter an open courthouse if you are involved in a criminal arraignment or other criminal proceeding, filing or have a hearing for a Temporary Restraining Order or Civil Protection Order, or filing or have a hearing on an emergency motion for things like a temporary child custody or lockout case.
